Meet Molly
Hello! I’m Molly Francia, owner of Molly’s Sweet Spot. From a very young age I knew I wanted to decorate cakes and open a storefront bakery. It all started in 2010 when I was 12, I went to a Wilton cake decorating class at Michael’s with my mom and I was hooked ever since! From there I started buying supplies and decorating cakes for family and friends.
As a junior in high school, looking into colleges, I applied into the duel enrollment program at Johnson & Wales University and got in! I started college a year early, completing my freshman year of college while simultaneously completing my senior year of high school. This allowed me to graduate college a year early and get a jump start on my career with a bachelors in baking & pastry arts.
In 2017 I decided to create a Facebook page for Molly’s Sweet Spot to start taking orders and grow my business, taking over my mom’s kitchen and dining room! Over the years I started to gain a following and the orders came flooding in!
